Founded over 25 years ago, Cassemco has evolved with the latest technology, but has not strayed from its tradition of keeping its customers as the focus of all activities. As a foam and soft-goods fabricator for many industries, Cassemco has extensive experience with polyurethane, polyethylene, PVC, plastics, neoprene, rubber, and visco-elastic foams as well as many textiles and composite laminations. We can effectively supply low or high volume products. With a management team drawn from complementary industries, we can assist you in developing a new product or managing a troublesome program. Cassemco was formed within the athletic goods industry and then quickly entered the automotive and defense packaging markets. More recently, we have produced products for some of the largest names in the medical industry. Our large part capacity includes die cutting of up to 78”, and when combined with the expertise of our material supplier partnerships, we can focus on any parameter of a program that may be deemed most critical. Initial tooling cost, direct material cost, part quality and cleanliness, or low piece price can all be planned and managed from the outset. We firmly believe that most problems can be addressed well before arriving at your facility.
