There are several methods of fabricating plastic. Cassemco offers die cutting, CNC routing, water jet cutting and several types of plastic. 

ABS – Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, yep, let’s just call it ABS. It is a tough, rigid plastic with excellent stability and strength. ABS can be easily cut and routed to custom profiles.

Acetal – this is an very tough plastic with high strength and stability. Can be machined to tight tolerances. Often used for spacers, insulators, housings, and supportive components. 

Acrylic – often referred to as plexiglass, acrylic has excellent resistance to weathering and sunlight. Commonly found in signs, protective covers and lighting applications. 

HDPE – High Density Polyethylene is extremely versatile. It is flexible, light weight, and fits a wide variety of applications. We offer full 48″ x 96″ sheets and along with custom fabricated profiles.
